First-generation entrepreneur qualified MCOM, CA and ICWA started his business journey in the year 1971 with the first business being packaging of textiles and pharma catering to leading mills and pharma companies. LIVEWEL packaging having its plant at Panvel supporting mill gin stores.

In the year 1980 established LIVEWEL INTERIORS specializing in interior fit-out projects for banks, Citibank was the first key customer and then followed by all multinational banks were branches, back offices, corporate centers, and residential the accommodation was designed and contracted by the company.

In the year 1990 successfully established LIVEWEL AVIATION aircraft cleaning company specializing in supporting domestic airlines during open sky policy of government with jet airways being the first customer followed by Damania Airways, Air India & Indian airlines. The company was the first ISO 9000 certified aviation services company has diversified into several types of cleaning for aircraft.

In the year 1998 LIVEWEL set up DGCA approved maintenance facility for aircraft interiors at Mumbai specializing in aircraft cabin interior parts, saving foreign exchange for airlines as all parts got in-house repairs being done through LIVEWEL facility.

In the year 2000 LIVEWEL aviation entered into providing Ground Handling Services to airlines at major airports in India headed by Mr.Manek Daver with a vision to become a leading player in ground handling services.

In the year 2008 LIVEWEL Academy was set up with a vision to train aviation professionals by offering careers in aviation had set up centers in Mumbai and Delhi with state of art service environment.

Signed agreement with DWC to establish MRO for aircraft interiors in Middleast and continued the aviation journey with expanding on his vision to be the most preferred service provider for airlines .

Mr. Manek Daver was a a pioneer in the field of aviation services offering the highest level of quality services to domestic and international airlines, spere heading LIVEWEL AVIATION GROUP as Chairman & MD.
